The Spiderman 8 Week Dumbbell Program is a comprehensive workout plan designed to improve strength and muscle development and is specifically designed to promote effective fat loss. This program is inspired by the first workout program to get me into peak shape. This program focuses on utilizing dumbbells to target different muscle groups and includes a variety of exercises to keep the workouts challenging and engaging.
The program is divided into eight weeks, with each week consisting of four workout days. You can choose the rest days that work for you. Each workout day targets specific muscle groups and includes a combination of supersets, trisets, and individual exercises to maximize muscle stimulation and promote overall muscle growth.
Throughout the program, the repetition ranges vary, helping to build strength, endurance, and muscle size. The exercises included in the program target major muscle groups such as chest, back, legs, shoulders, and arms.
When asked to do 8 reps you are using your heaviest weight, 12 reps will be your middle weight and 15 reps will be your lightest weights.
