Get Started Running

Endurance with Fit By Fousey

Welcome to the 4-Week Starter Pack designed to introduce you to the world of running. This program is spread over four weeks, with three runs scheduled per week. It's important to note that these runs don't have to be consecutive or back-to-back. You can space them out throughout the week to allow for adequate rest and prevent overexertion. Remember, as a beginner, there's no need to push yourself to run at high speeds. Take it easy and progress at your own pace. The main objective of this plan is to help your body adapt to running for longer durations. The plan also incorporates speed intervals to improve speed and endurance. Whether you choose to run outside or on a treadmill, the key is to get started and commit to running. Remember, slow and steady wins the race! Upon completing the program, individuals are encouraged to continue running and can either repeat the program to improve their speed and endurance or choose their favorite runs from the program. The goal is to maintain a consistent running routine and keep challenging oneself.
