About the program

Art of Shooting is designed for all players who are wanting to develop or improve their shot, from elementary-aged through high school players. In this program you will receive numerous foundational shooting drills to develop proper shooting mechanics and body movements. Contact me with any questions you may have within this program! Art of Shooting provides a detailed breakdown of the 4 Phases of Shooting:
  • Pre-Shot
  • Dip Motion
  • Upward Shooting Motion
  • Release & Follow Through
