This app is a detailed workout description of my training programs that I am currently performing. There are race preps that vary from 5k to 26.2 miles. They will incorporate strength training as well as detailed running programs. Listen, I do not have it all and I am not a professional athlete, although i would love to be, I am a young professional that wants to thrive and lead by example, for my family and my sphere of influence.
