50 push-ups

50 v-ups
50 pull-ups
50 DB Bench press

- Lay on the ground with knees bent the soles of your feet together
- Come up and touch your feet
- Go back in a controlled motion 
- Engage your core

Butterfly sit up

- Begin with dumbbell in each hand overhead
- Lower down to your shoulders, elbows forward of your body
- Dip torso by bending your knees and press dumbbells back up overhead

Dumbbell push press

- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep your core tight as you come down 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you come up

Push up

- Lay with your legs and arms extended 
- As you raise your legs, reach your fingers toward your shins and raise your upper body off the floor
- Slowly lower yourself back and try not to use momentum

V-ups

- Hold the bar with your palms facing you
- Pull your body up engaging your back
- Come up until your chin reaches the bars height
- Lower your body with a controlled movement

Underhand pullups

- Maintain a tight core and use full range of motion 
- Slightly tuck your elbows  
- Engage your chest as you come up
