How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is for 5 days
You can train in the morning or afternoon for 60 minutes
Make sure when u have the rest day like Saturday and Sunday you will go for a walk for 30 minutes until Saturday.
Make sure u will have a good meal plan for the whole week.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You need a Gym!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is more for advance and everyone can do it with with light weights
-but if ur Advance use heavier weights.
