Does the workouts require any equipment? I keep it really minimalistic.
All you need is your own body weight- and trust me thatβs your best equipment.
Most require a yoga mat and in some workouts we use booty bands, towels and medium to light weights ( which can be replaced easily with soup cans ).
Whatβs the main goal for your workouts? To feel and look good !!!
