Here is a look at what I did in the gym all week! My typical split is Monday, Wednesday, Friday I focus on legs/glutes. Tuesday is back and biceps, Thursday is chest and shoulders and Saturday is full body/core day.

My typical week

Reminder: start with light weight and progressively add more weight throughout sets!

Glutes and hammies 🍑😮‍💨🌟(Wednesday)

I am working with lighter weight because I just want to keep my arms toned up, I’m not trying to get too bulky and get a bunch of upper body muscle

Shoulders/chest/triceps ❤️‍🔥(Thursday)

Reminder: Start off with lighter weight to warm up and then add more weight each set. You want to be pushing yourself to failure.

Glute focused session 🔥🍑(Friday)

Back and bicep Tuesday 💪🏼☀️

Quad focused Wednesday 🤌🏼

The first two work outs that you see are actually warm up exercises. I do light weight for warm ups and only 4 sets.

Shoulders, chest and triceps Thursday 🙌🏼

Friday’s are for glutes 😍💪🏼

I recommend super setting some of these exercises. Pick two exercises that don’t work out the same body parts and do the sets back to back.

Full body work out ⭐️

Start off each exercise with either light weight or body weight to warm up muscles. Add more weight as you continue to go through your sets. Push to failure in all sets

Leg day 🤩🦿 (Monday)

Start first set off with light weight and then add more weight and resistance! The last two sets are really going to push you.

Back and Biceps 🦾(Tuesday)

This leg day I just hit a little bit of everything. I had to modify my work out today so I wouldn’t strain my wrist too bad, my arthritis flared up. But I still got a killer work out and I am grateful for machines that I can still use for a great leg work out!

Leg day while trying to lay off the wrist 🤖(Wednesday)

This week my arthritis has been acting up, specifically this day. So I had to modify my work outs but I still got that work in and had a great work out 🙌🏼

Taking it easy day🫶🏼(Thursday)

Start each exercise with either a light weight or just body weight and then add weight! If you want to build muscle you need to be progressively overloading. Push to failure! If you hit your goal rep but you feel like you can keep going then keep going! And then go up in weight, you want to be pushing yourself for 6-8 reps.

Glute dayyyy (Friday)

We will be working out a little bit of everything today!

Full body work out 🤩 (Saturday)

Reminder: start off with light weight or just body weight for warm up sets. Continually add more weight, you really want to push yourself to failure.

Reminder: Start off each exercise with a warm up set using light weight or just body weight. Add more weight as the sets go on, you want to push yourself to failure!!

Lower body 😜

Reminder: Start off every exercise with light weight or body weight and continue to add weight. Push yourself to failure.

I love a good full body day! Hitting a little bit of everything makes for a great work out at the end of the week 💪🏼

Full body workout 🎃

Reminder: progressively overload through out your sets. Try to add more weight or more reps to push yourself.

Lower body work out 🍑

Reminder: start each exercise with light weights and work your way up to a comfortable weight. Try adding more weight or reps if you are achieving 10 reps easily.

Back and Biceps 🦾

This work out had my legs and glutes so juiced up and feeling amazing 🔥


Reminder: start off each exercise with light weight or just body weight. Start adding more weight throughout sets. You want to be pushing yourself at around 6-8 reps.

Leg day 😫

Reminder: start off each exercise with a warm up set by using a very light weight to start off with and add more weight til you find a comfortable weight.

Chest and shoulders 🍓

Reminder: The last two exercises are a super set. Immediately after cable donkey kicks go into calf raises. 

Remember to start off each exercise with only body weight or really light weight! Then progressively add more weight or reps to really push yourself.

Glutes and hammies 🍑

Reminder: Start each work out with a warm up set, use either body weight or a light weight. Progressively add more weight or reps til you reach some difficulty. You want to be pushing yourself.

Juicy leg day 💞

Reminder: Start each work out with a warm up set, use either body weight or a light weight. Add more weight til you find a comfortable working weight.

Back day 🔥

Hitting a little bit of everything for lower body today! 

Reminder: start off each exercise with body weight or light weight for warm up. Continue to add more weight throughout sets til you find a weight with some resistance. You want to be pushing yourself.

Lower body day🔥

Reminder: Start each work out with a warm up set, use either body weight or a light weight. Progressively add more weight or reps til you reach your working weight.
