My name is MaryGrace but my friends and family call me Gigi, I am a certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach! 4 years ago, after I had my son I struggled very heavily with depression and anxiety. I did not cope with it very well; I lacked proper nutrition and I was doing the bare minimum at the gym. I decided to change things and I fell in love very quickly with the results I was getting from being more intentional about my health. I have gained so much confidence and my anxiety and depression have decreased significantly from taking care of myself properly. I am so excited to share my love for fitness with everyone and help others achieve their goals! I am ready and eager to motivate people and help transform the mind and body in the most positive way.
