This entire program can be completed without even leaving your house !
You can use common household products for weights - gallons of milk, water or even water bottles, soup cans, laundry detergent
YOU MUST FIRST START AT THE FOLDER TITLED WHERE TO STARTšš½
You have to first attack your daily food intake figure out where your going wrong that folder will help you figure out your calorie intake & what you need to do from there to see maximum results.
Along side of these workouts you can feel free to add in more cardio such as biking indoor or outdoor, walking, running, jogging, swimming, dancing, treadmill, trampoline rebounding basically anything that gets your heart rate up and maintain that elevated heart rate for 20 minutes or longer
I would highly recommend 4 days of cardio a week with these workouts! Either separate them as two different workout sessions or combine them together
If your new to fitness start slow! If you canāt finish a workout donāt get discouraged just try to last a little longer the next day. Itās all about growing, getting stronger & enjoying moving your body in ways you arenāt use to daily. And becoming a healthier happier YOU!
Another side note ABās: you can train them every other day, 4 times a week, or everyday just depends on what type of results you are looking for but remember abs are made in the kitchen!
