          The name is Cierra Caldwell, I want to help you find a lifestyle that you enjoy :D My background: As a child growing up, I was in ALL the sports. I lived a very busy lifestyle which led into my teen and adulthood life as well. I was always picked on because of my size, I was very small. Which drove me insane. I was one time showcased in front of my entire high school gym class and was pointed out by the teacher and was called what was known as "skinny fat". To have just a small portion of muscle on my body is what I have longed for ever since I can remember. At the beginning of my college years, I began the journey into bodybuilding which led me to my 3 competitions I did in 2015. I WAS HOOKED! However I knew nothing about nutrition my entire life even the 4 years of weightlifting I did prior to my shows. I would typically wake up eat some donuts, cookies or cereal then would have left over pizza for lunch and maybe some McDonald's or taco bell for dinner and another snack before bed. That was my typical day. I ate ridiculously strict for my shows which led me to thinking that was the only way you could eat so post-show I went back to how I ate before my competition prep. It wasn't until 2023 I began a lifestyle of eating much better and understanding macros. After my shows in 2015 I fell in love with my fiancé. 2016 I graduated college with my bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in Physical Education. 2017 we had our first child (a little boy that faced many struggles & challenges in life). When he was born my entire life stopped for several years until we got his conditions under control and stable. Then 2021 we had another boy. My free time became less and less but I wanted to get back into that bodybuilding lifestyle especially since I was now approaching 30 years old. In 2022 I had emergency spinal surgery 3 days before I turned 30. My spinal condition began to shut down my right leg prior to surgery. I never thought I would lift again to be completely honest. But here we are fast-forward to 2024 and I have been successfully lifting and growing for a year and a half now and I want to help so many of you around the world, not only with building the body you want and deserve but to understand nutrition in a whole new level as well as boosting that confidence & happiness you are missing out on. My future goal is to become an IFFB Pro, but I will not step back on stage until I know I am 100% ready and my kids are able to sit still to watch their momma. I long for reliving those stage moments all over again. please start with the tab labeled "Where to start?!?" *I post new workouts every week.
