About the program

This program focuses on balance, basic strength, flexibility, and pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. These movements are all body weight, so no equipment is required and it can be completed at home or the gym. This program can be completed at any point after having a baby, from six weeks to several years. It is for any mama who is looking to rebuild (or build) a foundation for fitness. Weeks 1-3 have 3 workouts - 1 Core Session - 2 Cardio Days Weeks 4-6 have 4 workouts - 1 Core Session - 2 Cardio Days - 1 Functional Strength Circuit Rest days are built into the program so there is something for you to accomplish each day.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
    Is this program for me?
