About the program

FOUNDATION is the 6-week fitness program fo men and women who want a foundational approach to their fitness, looking to strengthen their bodies with progressive weight lifting, agility and mobility each week. Whether you are looking to start strength training for the first time, build a regular strength training routine that fits into your busy schedule, or maybe you're pregnant or postpartum, this program will help you build strength safely, while adjusting for a individualized success. With a progressive approach to strength training, you will be challenged to meet personalized goals each week to increase muscle tone + build functional strength while eliminating stubborn body fat and replacing it with lean muscle. Weekly mobility workouts encourage a healthy recovery, reduce injury + help prepare the body for a naturally fit lifestyle. This 6-week program was creating by Coach Kim Ferry and has been tested for success in the busiest phases of life! Each workout has been created for you with the most efficient programming that actually WORKS so you can spend more time with your family and have the strength and energy to do it all!

    Hey I'm Coach Kim! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Sports Massage Therapist + Nutrition Coach, specializing in Pre and Postnatal Fitness! Most importantly, I'm busy mama to 4 little ones under 6! I have been training clients in strength training, weight loss, nutrition since 2012.     WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
    We use 2 sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell (optional), a glute band and a bench/plyo box/table/chair (details on weights above). We created this with busy lifestyles in mind who need at home workouts that don't require a full gym setup. You can complete this at a gym if desired!
    IS THIS BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
    Yes! We want everyone out there to build a strong body! This FOUNDATION program is specifically for men and women who want a beginner or foundational approach to their fitness, looking to safely and efficiently strengthen their bodies in the busiest phases of life.
    WILL I BE ABLE TO STAY CONSISTENT + FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
    Coach Kim has personally created and tested out each and every workout for you in the busiest phase of her life as a mom of 3 under 5, during her 4th pregnancy AND while working from home and in office. The sole purpose of this programming is to SIMPLIFY workouts so that there is efficiency in training, real results in way less time, no gym required and minimal equipment at home workouts.
