What are the goals of the program?
To learn individual movements and skills that will increase your strength, coordination and body awareness. I will then help you put these movement patterns together into flows in the “Flows” program.
How to schedule the program into a week?
You can play with these at any time or point in your general training routine. Before or after workouts. If these are the only training you, that’s also viable. The isolated movements contain lots of great motor control and learning material.
