You’ll also increase your upper body body control and learn some fascinating movement patterns.
How to schedule the program into a week? Go through the classes, and wherever you feel it’s challenging, repeat those particular classes until they become easy. You’ll then move onto the next class and so on, until you can do that content.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Manage your expectations. There is skill, balance and strength elements to the elbow lever. Be patient, don’t get ahead of yourself, stick with the class that is appropriate to you, and you will progress overtime.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Mixed level. The classes are structured so that complete beginners can go through the material and progress. There are more challenging classes towards the end.
But each class has a variety of different progressions to build up into the movement.
