This was great! And for now the hardest part is to adduct the leg, but I found the tipping point!

Alright! I've definitely found my progression! Got to understand how those abductors and core muscles get in the party and how all this work together!

Intermediate 1 - Finding balance

Revisiting earlier things. This one was super tough last year. Still is lol

It is funny to realise that I had been working on doing the tuck transition without the head on floor as I was SURE it was the last option 😅
But now I wonder, is it a problem doing it this way?
