Farah Nofal is a 600 hours YTT yoga teacher, A teacher for over 7 years, An IIN health coach, A certified Pilates Instructor, An IIN hormone health specialist, An Animal Flow Instructor, a Level 2 Certified Cross-fit Trainer and an ISSA fitness trainer and an EPI Strength & Conditioning Coach. She has actively been involved in Egyptian wellness community for over 10 years. Prior to teaching Yoga, Farah focused on Strength and conditioning, CrossFit and Functional Training. Teaching yoga changed her perspective on fitness and heath, discovering how good my body is truly meant to feel. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
