I’m from Sweden and have been active my whole life. I almost lived in the stable as a child and horses was everything. When I was around 20 years old I started with kickboxing and boxning. I have been competing and have a World Cup Gold as my best merit. Running was my new thing after ending my boxing. Running and injuries made me start with upper body strength, climbing and ninja warrior training. This was a great combination for OCR. My upper body strength come from doing a lot of pull ups. My record is 1111 reps in one day, 40 reps in one set and 1 rep with 42,5 kg extra in one set. New injuries made me start with swimming and my new thing is swimrun. A sport when you combine swimming and running. I love to feel strong at the same time. Challenges and fun workourkout have made me stronger than ever. I want you to have fun and havening goals for your training.
