Great! Used 2 bands for the 1st 2 sets of jump up, slow down and 1 set for the 3rd. Added normal reverse grip to the last exercise, so 3 sets of 20. The journey continues!

1 resistance band used for the release portion of jump up and release. 20 instead of 15 for the narrow, wide, normal and added reversed wrist grab from normal. Still 3 sets.

Had to start over. Have had some back problems that required a chiropractor and massage about every month for 3 months. I feel like I am better than I was before.
