I am a 26 year old former college athlete who has a history of disordered eating, a bad relationship with exercise, and terrible hormonal imbalances.
The pressure to remain thin, perform in the gym, and conform to all of the health and fitness trends left me constantly fatigued, confused, and failing to maintain my goals. Through years of trial and error, dieting, and overworking in the gym, I have finally learned how to properly nourish and move my body without restriction.
I made the decision to become a certified coach and training specialist to be able to help women build a lifestyle of nutrition and movement they can maintain. I want you to feel your best, look your best, and feel empowered with knowledge about your body and how to nourish and move it.
