Ruben Perello

- From an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Lower dumbbells down to the chest keeping wrists neutral
- Straighten elbows and press back up

Incline dumbbell chest press

- Press back firmly against pad with feet on the floor
- Grip the pec deck handles with a slight bend at the elbow
- Bring the handles in front of your chest and pause
- Slowly release back to starting position

Pec deck chest fly’s

- Hold the bar with hands just wider than shoulder-width apart, wrists stacked over your elbows
- Keep your core braced and eyes looking straight ahead
- Press the bar directly overhead in alignment with the mid-foot 
- Lower the bar back down to the starting position with control

Barbell shoulder press

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms laterally until you reach shoulder height
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Machine lateral raise

- Keep your elbows close to your body
- Come down until your arms are at about 90 degrees
- Push through your hands extending your engaging your triceps to come up

Weighted dips

- Lying back with your arms extended above your shoulders
- Bend at the elbow lowering the EZ-bar toward the top of your head
- Extend your arms back up to starting position

EZ-bar skull crushers

- Stay upright and don't allow for your shoulders to overpower
- Spread rope apart at the bottom for a deeper contraction

Rope pushdown

ive done your workouts for a week and a half and they pretty much repetitive and boring. i feel like my legs get no love. pure upper 1day lower and its a weak lower day. going bavk to Julian Smith plan ✌🏽🕊
