    Frequently asked questions

What is the best age to start this program?
As soon as your child is able to follow directions around age 3 is a good age to start and can be used for children up into their teenage years.
Are these exercises safe for my child?
Yes, the exercises are body weight and are safe for children's joints even when their bones are growing. These exercises focus on muscle coordination and help children to learn how to improve their body mechanics with movements that are needed in life and sports.
How often should my child practice these exercises?
These exercises can be practiced everyday since it is only bodyweight. They are meant to train the brain to keep using developmental patterns that we lose as we age. The more they are practiced the better they will get. Just remember the way they are practiced makes a difference and we are focusing on form.
