Hi Erin! I have fallen off the barre/exercise wagon for some time because life got a little crazy. Then I started having all sorts of pains in my body, like intense sciatica flare ups.
Went to an RMT yesterday and she said my pelvis is big time out if wack! Recommended I do some exercises like squeezing a yoga ball between my legs and squats with a band. I laughed βI basically need to start doing my barre classes again!β This was my first in a while and it felt great! Thank you!
