Hi Friends! I am a mom to a passionate daughter Grace, a scrumptious baby boy, Lucca and a wife to a romantic Italian man, Dante, living in Northern California. As a group exercise instructor since the age of 17, health club entrepreneurial parents and a former NFL Cheerleader, I have literally been in the fitness and health world since the day I was born. I truly have an innate love for health and wellness and have always kept that in the forefront of my life. In 2011, I created a Barre Program and Instructor Certification (Barre Connect) that is an effective fusion of yoga, Pilates and dance inspired toning movements...think grace + strength! I love traveling to new places, but being cozy at home with my family is tough to beat. I love kale and avocados, but also chips and bubbly! It’s all about balance! I feel like you have to have fun while working out and truly find your joy to come back to it again and again. That’s exactly what we are going to do. Challenge our body but find our joy. Your experience with my workouts will be challenging, uplifting and invigorating set to freaking great tunes. There are amazing 30-55 minute workouts such as Barre Connect, HIIT Me Up and Soul Strong! You can also sprinkle in some “quickies” like 10 min core or booty work to help you tone and sculpt your entire body and you’re good to go! We will work on flexibility, balance and increased range of motion. While toning and lengthening the body from head to toe.
