What are the goals of these workouts?
The goal is to help you feel more connected to your highest self. We can get lost in the chaos of life and it’s important to make space for our well being, on every level. That’s what I hope we will do together. Yes, it’s about building strength, and you will. But it’s also about the strength to say, I really need something gentle today. Or I need more rest. Or, I want to go ALL out. I hope we stop telling our bodies what to do and instead, learn to speak it’s language. Learning when to lovingly push through and when to take a 20 minute child’s pose. It’s all welcome.
What do I need?
A yoga mat if you have, or a floor. A block if you have, or get creative! I’ve seen old books taped together to create a custom block. Keep it simple. Don’t let possible tools for your practice become a hinderance!
