These chest and tricep workouts are not my favorite. I did 5 rounds. Going to do abs, cardio of some sort and probably negative push ups.

Boom! All 7 rounds. Yes. Took a little C4 pre-workout. Good workout. Now . . Abs!

Well now that was killer. Not a fan of the bridge, skull crushers jump thing. Feels too sloppy. Did the bridge and skull crushers instead. My arms will be toast in the morning. Another one down before surgery.
