Did 4 of 7 rounds because I am doing lower body too! Skipped yesterday for some sun. Not a fan of the inchworm thing (did jumping jacks instead) and the side lunge hammer feels weird but I did it. Now for Lower Body.

Dear God this is going to kill me. Not sure my knees are ever going to be the same. Made a few modifications. The inchworm pushup think is weird and I could only do 4. I did jumping jacks or my jump rope instead.
