Hi! I graduated with my Bachelors of Art in Psychology and then went on to become a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist since 2013! I have an online coaching business where I do one on one training, group challenges, nutrition coaching, etc. I’m also a HIIT coach at LA Fitness! I love being able to put together quick and efficient workouts that can be done anywhere! Minimal equipment! I am a mom of 3, with my youngest being 2 years old! You will often see him running around in my home workout videos!

How to get the best outcome of the program?
Progressive overload + Nutrition - stick to your macros, limit alcohol, try to complete all workouts!
How to schedule the program into a week?
You can choose to do the workouts whatever days work for you and choose your two rest days each week
What do I need to participate in this program?
A few sets of dumbbells (this will help you be able to incorporate progressive overload by upping weights each week and building lean muscle), a closed loop resistance band
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All levels! You can make this challenge work for you no matter if you are a beginner or more advanced.
