About Eric Janicki

Online personal trainer

Eric has been passionate about fitness since he was a child. As a slightly overweight kid with low self esteem, he found the gym at the age of 12. He instantly fell in love with the process and the idea of overall physical betterment. He graduated with a degree in accounting, finance and economics in 2013 and worked in private wealth management before finding his way back into fitness. He started his own training business and now owns and manages one of the foremost online high rich training platforms on the planet and coaches individuals from all over the world. He specializes in hypertrophy training, mobility, and overall mental and physical wellness.
