Pushing limits, being uncomfortable, development and getting better. Day by day. Is what i live for. I love the reward of hard work. And I love effort. It dosen't matter where you start or who you are. As long as you put in the effort you will always get the result. I believe that inspire and help others is one of the greatest pleasures.   I live for training, but I'm also very passionated about how to get the most out of the training that you are doing. Optimizing training, nutrition, sleep and minimizing stress.

My playbook will help you find joy in your training. It doesn’t have to be complicated if you don’t want it to be. My goal is to help you get stronger and fitter every day.

Training Requirements

You will find different programs with different requirements. Some you can do at home with no equipment. Other you need a barbell, dumbells, kettlebells, boxes and machines. Choose the program that suites you.
