Hi, I'm Emily! 👋 I’m a fitness professional and certified personal trainer with over 15 (!!) years of experience leading different movement formats starting with Zumba Fitness in 2009, expanding to cardio boxing, yoga, run coaching, HIIT, cycling, and more over the years.
As a person currently in their marathon-mom-era, I'm passionate about helping others find joy and strength through movement. My primary focus is strength-building workouts with boxing and yoga flare. You'll find workouts that are great cross-training for runners (plus specific strength training for runners!) and some that are suitable for pre- and postnatal bodies. My goal is to create fun, energizing workouts that inspire you to move with purpose and feel good in your body.
