-Keep a slight bend at the front knee
- Come straight down until your reach shin height 
- Pull back up

Dumbbell bulgarian split squat

- Lower the bar toward the ground pressing your hips back while keeping a slight bend at the knees - Stand straight back up pressing your hips forward

Landmine RDL

- Keep the dumbbells inbetween you chest up 
- Push your hips back as you lower down 
- Reach parallel and come back up

Dumbbell squats

- Position yourself on your hands and knees 
- Keeping your knee in a bent position, hips squared. Add weight
- Lifting your leg back and up toward the ceiling, engaging your glutes 
- Return to starting position

Donkey kick (bent)

Cable kick back

- Lay on the floor with your legs bent
- Push through your heels bringing your hips up 
- Squeezing your glutes 
- Lower back to starting position
