    Who is this for?
    The Training for Life app is for any busy working modern mom who is tired of starting and stopping their fitness journey. You need a science backed program (progressive overload + metabolic conditioning) paired with habit trainings with a heavy does of grace to ensure you stay consistent even when life gets in the way! All levels of fitness are welcomed as there are always modifications provided.
    WillI get personalized help and coaching from Emily?
    Yes! Inside of the community you can ask Emily questions and get encouragement there too for other TRAINING FOR LIFE clients! There is always an option to do 1:1 Habit Coaching with Emily and monthly group calls if you're enrolled in the signature program as well. You can also listen to Emily's top ranked podcast, Habit Hack Your Health, for even more tips!
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    You will need light, medium and heavy dumbbells to follow the programs but we also include workouts in the library that don't need equipment as well. For Ignite, you will have 3 workouts a week

    I'm a Habit & Fitness Coach for moms with a focus on functional fitness and TRAINING FOR LIFE. I use a habit based fitness approach, which follows a progressive overload strength training program with built in metabolic conditioning. I program in that life will get in the way so also expect in the library habit coaching, & quick workouts for when life gets in the way so you can stay consistent.
