*You can use this program a number of ways! It can be done as a complete 4-week program with 4 workouts per week and 2 days of cardio (your choice!), or you can mix the workouts up with some weight training days (example: 2-3 days of Sculpt & Tone workouts and 2 days of weight training). Feel free to make it your own, and reach out to me if you need any help!
**equipment used in the program: Pilates ball, light weights, resistance bands. Have a chair handy for some of the workouts if you need help with your balance. I prefer to do all my Barre workouts without a bar to improve my balance, but the choice is yours!
