Welcome to the Pelvic Floor & Core Series! In this series we'll be focusing on strengthening and balancing the pelvic floor & core through Pilates exercises we know and love. I'm a big believer that EVERY workout is (or should be!) a pelvic floor & core workout, but with this series we'll take the time to talk through movements and really focus on our breath! Mindful breathing is one of the best, most effective ways to work our deepest layer of abdominal muscles & the pelvic floor muscles. 
These workouts are wonderful on their own or great to use as additions to your current workout routine. All levels are welcome. As always, please listen to your body and remember to have fun!
