Yes! This program was made for all fitness levels. You can go as heavy or light as you need & work your way up!
Will this program make my legs bigger or just my glutes?
This program is designed to be glute specific. While you will get a little leg work (quad/ hamstring) it is mainly glutes & will not grow your legs much!
