Hi there! I am stoked that you are seeking opportunities to move and train you body, mind and spirit! My name is Emilie, you can call me Em! Endurance is one word that always gets me amped. As a young kid, my dad and I came up with the phrase “Sunny and 70” as a mindset shifter and to redefine the current situation. And it has been a huge part of my life and my faith ever since. I grew up playing many sports and was blessed to play Division 1 basketball for 4 years while studying for my degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Science. After college, I pursued becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and sought more opportunities to be molded. Each day, I am pointed back to my passion to train and help others overcome barriers and train the body that God has given them. I am a avid encourager. I utilize the lens of “AIMS” to approach training my body, mind and spirit and I hope you choose to adopt this tactic also! ———— Attitude: determined by the thoughts we allow to take root Intention: an aim that guides action Movement: our movement in life is directly related to our attitude and our intentions; are you climbing or are you coasting? Strength: our growth will take place as we consistently commit to getting better each day; and ultimately when we combine our physical strength and our spiritual strength - we can overcome anything! ———— These are all within your control! Goals
By training with me, you will be challenged to ask yourself: “What are my AIMS?” Humility is a huge part of your journey and being able to break through barriers. I would love to partner with you and support you in your journey! You can expect this training to challenge your strength, endurance and power in all 3 planes of motion.
Training Requirements
A willing attitude, intent to give your best, the strength that lies within you and your body! I will have a mixture of workouts that can be done at home with no/minimal equipment, as well as some that require a gym of some sort. I will also have outdoor workouts that require no equipment at all.
