This program is perfect for you if you’re new to working out, have little experience in the gym or if you want to ease back into your workout routines. The program contains 3 workouts per week, plus 1 optional workout with: 2x leg day  1x full upper body 1x cardio & abs (optional) So you can choose whether to workout 3 or 4 times per week, depending on your schedule. The program is designed to help you build muscle, and can be used for both fat loss + muscle building, or muscle building + weight gain, depending on your caloric intake.  If your goal is fat loss you CAN also add in some additional cardio before or after your gym sessions. Cardio workouts can be found under the cardio section of the app.

I started working out at the age of 16 and immediately fell in love. Not only with the gym, but the feeling of setting goals, reaching them & constantly showing up for myself. Today I work as an online coach because I am truly so passionate about fitness and helping women reach their goals & transform their lives. I started as an online coach after I went through the biggest transformation of my fitness journey. 2 years back I had gained a lot of weight, to the point where I wasn't comfortable in my body, confident or feeling like myself. I wasn't feeling like my best self, and it impacted every area of my life as I felt insecure & sad. My mental health reaching rock bottom and I decided I didn't want to feel that way. So I set my goals, and made a decision. I decided that I was going to do whatever it took to reach my goal of feeling happy & confident in my body again. And I did. I learned so much during this journey. I learned that discipline is the purest form of self love. Working towards a goal and seeing progress each day is one of the most fulfilling feelings in the world. And the key to building unbreakable confidence keeping the promises you make yourself and doing what you tell yourself you're going to do. The greatest project you'll ever work on is yourself and if you haven't felt the feeling of reaching a goal you've worked so hard for. I genuinely do believe you are missing out on one of the greatest feelings in this world. So today I'm here to tell you that you're only one decision away from achieving all you want to achieve. And I'm here to help you every step of the way. Fitness & nutrition can feel complicated and confusing. Which is why I created this app, with tons of workout programs to choose from, recipes, information & tips. Everything to help you achieve your goals. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
