My name is Ellie and I’m a certified personal trainer. I specialize in building effective programs to help people build lean muscle while burning fat. I focus on this dual-process because it’s the quickest, funnest way to help someone get the body of their dreams, build their confidence on the way (AND maintain it), and help them feel the best they ever have! :) <3 I myself was in a place where I was uncomfortable in my own body and couldn’t seem to find my way and I never felt good in my own skin. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
