Hi love! My name is Elizabeth and I am SO HAPPY you are choosing to do my program. Let me tell you a bit about myself! I was born in Buffalo, NY and raised in Chandler, AZ. I grew up being extremely active and played competitive soccer - I had opportunities to play collegiate soccer but decided my senior year of high school to take a different route. This is when my love for health & fitness really started! Being active is extremely important to me. I found my strength (physical & mental) inside of the gym and decided I wanted to share that same feeling with other women, so I got my personal training certificate and did just that! I spent the last 8 years at home with our babies and now that they are both in school, I’m making a jump back into the health & fitness world! My programming will be focussed on strength training, sharing nutrition tips and empowering you to love yourself along the way! I’m so happy you’re here! 💛

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
