What do I need to participate in this program? Be creative and think outside the box. I will go through a few alternatives in the videos if you do not have specific equipment.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This is for all players. Age and ability level does not matter for these footwork drills. We have basic to advanced. If you are a beginner, I recommend starting with the basic drills and then moving on to the advanced drills once you are comfortable.
