What are the goals of the program? My goal(s) to you guys is to show you guys how amazing of a pump you can get with just your bodyweight and with a pair of dumbbells. Not working out just because you don’t have a gym is just an excuse!
What do I need to participate in this program? Your hard work, motivation, somewhere you feel most comfortable working out, and a pair of dumbbells.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is designed for all levels that might have no access to the gym, don’t feel comfortable going to the gym, or that just loves simple effective workout that you can do without the gym.
How to schedule the program into a week? I would start your week strong and start on Monday and follow it day by day so that you can get your weekends off.
