What are the goals of the program? Build strong and toned muscles while burning body fat.
How to schedule the program into a week? This program has 5 workouts per week and 2 rest days. Your goal is to do all 5 workouts over the course of the week, you can take your rest days according to your schedule.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Stick with the workouts and give it your all every day!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This workout is my beginner Meta-BW workout but can be adjusted for all skill levels. Feel free to take more rest if you need it or add reps/lower rest if you are advanced.
What do I need to participate in this program? Just a yoga mat and your will to improve.
