How to schedule the program into a week? Follow the weekly schedule provided or you can modify the schedule to fit your needs! I do suggest you get all the proscribed weekly workout's in for maximum results.
What do I need to participate in this program? 1. Sturdy backpack that you can fill with anything from around your house for weight.
2. One set of 2 dumbbells, I use 2 x 15lbs but you can increase or decrease the weight depending on your strength and what you have around!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Beginner to advanced. If your a beginner simply decrease the weight's used and increase rest periods.
