Maintaining Strength, Mobility and Fitness for life

With a passion for performance and consistent improvement, I am sharing the workouts and programs I have developed over many years to help my clients to stay fit. You may be a young athlete looking to improve performance. A more mature adult looking to maintatin fitness and mobility. An older adult who still likes to compete in padel ro triathlon. I have programs for everyone. My main theme is injury prevention through strength and mobility training through the full range of movements. I have rehab programs designed to help with bullet proofing the muscles and joints, particuarly hips, knees and ankles which would be perfect to support an aspiring marathon runner or playing sports with multi-directional movement. If I don't have an appropriate set of programs for you, I am more than happy to design new ones as I always enjoy designing new and better workouts for clients.
