What’s the main goal for your workouts? The workouts are build to develop all around strength and mobility with tried and true exercises that have carryover to real life.
Does the workouts require any equipment? You’ll find workouts vary from no equipment at all to needed a few pieces of equipment. All workouts are minimalist and can be done in your living room! I recommend having something to hang from and 1-2 kettlebells.
