Welcome to The Foundation program! 🫡
This week fitness program is designed for anyone who is new to exercise and wants to build a solid foundation in strength training. Over the next 3 weeks, you’ll focus on performing key exercises using a variety of equipment—machines, cables, dumbbells, and resistance bands—while mastering the form and technique that will set you up for success in the gym and the following programs.
Each week, you’ll progress at a pace that’s just right for you—learning new movements, challenging your body, and building confidence with every workout.
Here are some of the key things that you will accomplish duting this program:
1. Learn Proper Form: Avoid injury and maximize results by focusing on proper technique for each exercise.
2. Build Strength & Endurance: Gradually increase your ability to perform exercises using a variety of equipment, building muscular endurance and strength over time.
3. Improve Confidence in the Gym: Become comfortable navigating the gym, using machines, dumbbells, cables, and resistance bands effectively.
By the time you are done with these 3 weeks you will be ready to move into the Strong Foundation!!
