About the program

Welcome to The Strong Foundation Program!!! 💪 -The focus of this program is developing the movements from the Foundation Program in order to work on strengthening additional stabilizer muscles, doing single arm/leg work, and sharpening up these movements before advancing into Strength unleashed. -For weight loss I recommend pairing this with 20-30 minutes cardio(walking, stairs, rower) at a medium intensity after weight training, and around 10k steps on your days off. -If your main goal is to get stronger, but you’re trying to reduce your body fat as well, walking around 10k steps a day is recommended. -I found great success losing body fat and gaining muscle in 4 weeks and I hope you enjoy this program as much as I did.
