My name is Eddie, welcome to my app! I am a results focused coach and my goal is to help you get to the results you want, and keep those results for the long term. I'm here to teach you and to learn with you, but most importantly I'm here to show you through my own personal journey what works and what doesn't. I have personally struggled with weight loss and maintenance my whole life, and it wasn't until I understood that consistency, and commitment to living a better life is the only solution. Healthy looks different for everyone and I'm here to help you define healthy for yourself. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Applied Nutrition from NC State, as well as a NASM Personal Training Certification. I'm so excited to work with you and get you to your goals. Let's get Fit & Fed!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
