About the program

The application PT test reflects the need to go from one type of activity to another with short transition times. The idea behind this test is related to the job in a few ways: - long periods of work under load (hiking, back-country ski) - Shorter periods of lifting and carrying - A lot of swimming Meeting the minimum standard will allow your on course HOWEVER, a word of advice is to strive to go above and beyond and show your best. This program is designed to maximize or improve your score in the following test: 1. Treadmill 25kg uphill walk/run 2. Equipment carry shuttle run 50/52kg over 40m circuit 3. 750m pool swim with fins
